With the main: Tsuji Honten – ‘Rocky Mountain‘ – A rustic, earthy saké, with a smooth, caramel and deep malt flavour. 500ml Bottle

To finish: Konishi Shuzō – ‘Genroku Redux‘ – A recipe from 1702, rich and bold with nuts, brown sugar, fig & liquorish notes. 180ml Bottle
